Dear Pennies & Pens,
In this post, K Penny: Solar WANT Album Review, I share my thoughts on Solar’s 2nd Single Album, WANT.
Released on April 2nd, WANT is a fun Spring/Summer song. With a catchy chorus and Solar’s dazzling personality, WANT is a song that will instantly delight. And yet, something is missing.

My Thoughts on Solar 2nd Single Album WANT
WANT is one of those songs that’s great while you’re listening to it but it fades in the background when you’re not. I’m not sure exactly what the song is “missing” because it’s a complete song. It’s just that it doesn’t stand out when you mix it in with all the songs released before and after it. And that’s why I would grade this album as a B minus.
I loved the styling and how the album showcases Solar’s witty personality. However, as a song WANT doesn’t feel as special as Solar’s previous releases. Like Colors or But I could’ve been singles but not this one. I appreciate Solar for releasing WANT because it was a fun comeback. And now that the song is out, I am relieved there is no CD because now I don’t feel compelled to buy it. So I can save some PENNIES. Hehe.
