In this post, K Penny: Unboxing EXO OBSESSION and LAY SHEEP, I unbox EXO’s 6th Album OBSESSION and LAY’s 2nd Album SHEEP.Ā
I discovered EXO’s OBSESSION via exocord (a Discord for EXO-Ls) after it was recommended to me by a fellow EXO-L. Then while in LA to see TAEMIN, I found and purchased OBSESSION from aladdin, a Korea based bookstore. OBSESSION is a stunning album with phenomenal music to match. I’m so happy I got it.Ā
With LAY’s SHEEP, I discovered that album on my own. I adore LAY’s music so I listen to his albums all the time. However finding physical versions of his albums is virtually impossible. And this really upsets me because I’m a hardcore collector and I love his work. Mind you, last week was the week from hell at work.
To cheer myself up, I went to Carrollton to peruse the local K POP shops for some retail therapy. While in 10×10, I found LAY’s SHEEP just casually sitting there. I immediately purchased it and haven’t looked back since.Ā

In the vlog below, I unbox EXO’s 6th Album OBSESSION and LAY’s 2nd Album SHEEP.Ā As I mentioned, EXO’s OBSESSION is a gorgeous album. The lyric book contains group photos and solo photos of the members. Also, each member has his own photobook and there were six members who participated in this comeback: Suho, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, Kai and Sehun. It’s absolutely stunning.
LAY’s SHEEP album is hundreds of pages filled with the most beautiful photos of LAY. This album is straight up heavy but so worth it. It’s honestly gorgeous.
