In this post, Vinyl Ink: Aaliyah, John Coltrane, Marvin Gaye and more, I share my latest vinyl purchases. As you all know, I love collecting vinyl records and CDs. Therefore, Vinyl Ink will focus on new records in my collection whereas C Pen will now be dedicated to which CDs I’ve added to my collection.
Vinyl Ink will feature music from a variety of different genres and artists. I love keeping my vinyl collection as diverse as possible so you’ll see a little bit of everything. I collect R&B, Hip-hop, Jazz, Soul, Funk, Pop, K Pop and Latino Pop records.
In the vlog below, I share my latest vinyl purchases which includes Aaliyah, John Coltrane, Marvin Gaye and more. Most of these albums were purchased at Josey Records, my favorite record store here in Dallas. Although some were purchased at Target.
I absolutely love collecting vinyl records! I’m so glad I started this hobby. It’s fun tracking down my favorite albums and trying to keep things financially reasonable. Since vinyl collecting is so trendy, it can be tough to keep it affordable. I’ll do future content on how to start a vinyl collection and how to make it affordable.
