In the video below, I pack and ship a customerās copy of The Pen Planner. I shot this video last month on The Pen Plannerās 1 year anniversary which was on February 6th. As you all know, I process and fulfill all customer orders.
That said, when I can, I shoot behind the scenes videos while I process orders. In the video, you get to see me signing The Pen Planner for the customer, wrapping it in tissue paper, tying a ribbon around it, assembling the shipping box, creating the shipping label and more. During this process, I also offer business advice to fellow entrepreneurs.
I am so excited that The Pen Planner is now 1 year old! It is such a blessing to be a 3-time published author. Although I still have a ways to go as far as growth, I am more motivated than ever to grow my business.
