Dear Pennies & Pens,
A couple weeks ago, I purchased a copy of Monsta X’s 9th mini album, One Of A Kind. This is one of my favorite Monsta X albums (I know I say that all the time). But seriously, this album has a special place in my heart because this is the album that made me fall in love with Monsta X.
Jooheon is technically my ult bias and he wrote and produced the title track, GAMBLER. So with that being said, I knew I had to support this project. I’ve been wanting a copy for months and finally got the opportunity to purchase one.
I went to a local Kpop store here in Dallas and they have tons of albums. They’ve got classic and new albums by a variety of artists. It was so much fun to visit! I went to Pink Box and VT Cosmetics although I purchased One Of A Kind at VT Cosmetics specifically.
In the video below, I unbox and open my copy of Monsta X’s One Of A Kind. I got Version I because I figured it was the classic version that featured the main Gambler shoot (like the photos are similar to the music video). It’s a dope video with plenty of loud laughs.
