Dear Pennies & Pens,
A few months ago, I wrote about the Fiat 500L after renting the car to drive to Dallas. I was so inspired by how cool the car was that I decided to feature it. Since I knew one post would never be enough, I decided to launch LOUD.Ride and feature cars.
Cars have always been an integral part of my life because my dad loves cars and has a repair shop in my hometown of Cincinnati. Over the years, I’ve had many cars, some good, some bad. Although, I am no car expert, I know what I like about cars and what I don’t. I like a car with a chic design and one that is good on gas. If the car does not have those two basic features, I just can’t get down.
Having said that, today I present to you LOUD.Ride: Ford Fusion. I was browsing around on Ford’s site a while back when this car first caught my eye. Luckily, I was able to connect with their PR team and get media access to their site.
The 2015 Ford Fusion has received numerous design awards such as Autoweek magazine’s Best in Show award at the 2012 North American International Auto Show and EyesOn Design honors for design excellence in a production vehicle. The car caught my eye because it has a sleek design which will make it stand the test of time.
I like cars that have a timeless design because years after you buy the car, people can’t guess when it was made. For anyone that’s ever been on a budget, that’s important because you’re on trend with other drivers but not breaking the bank to get a new car every two years.
If you’re a car fanatic, the Fusion has features like adaptive cruise control with forward collision warning, a Blind Spot Information System with cross-traffic alert, as well as an active park assist and lane-keeping system.
The Fusion also has all-wheel-drive and Terracotta leather-trimmed seats. It seems to be a sick car and it definitely stands out in the midsize sedan category. Check out the car here: Ford Fusion
And there it is. de la Pen…All Pen Everything. With us, keeping it real never goes wrong.
