Within the last few years, I’ve started to fall in love with makeup! I was a late bloomer as far as beauty because I wasn’t allowed to wear makeup until I was 16 and by that time, I was such a tomboy I never really wore it. Recently, I’ve realized how much makeup can help switch up your look and make you feel glamorous.
In essence, I’ve started to wear makeup more often. Not on a daily basis but I can’t go out without it. If I go out for drinks, to an event, or on a date, I definitely wear makeup. That said, when I received the Macy’s Impulse Eye and Cheek Palette, I was so hype! I’ve been looking for a diverse eye shadow palette for a minute!
The Macy’s Impulse Eye and Cheek Palette is a neutral palette with 20 assorted eye shadows in matte and shimmer and 3 blush/bronzers. I haven’t tried the palette yet because I’m going to give my best friend a beauty makeover for New Year’s Eve using the palette.
We’ve been talking about doing a glam day to be featured here on de la Pen…All Pen Everything and I’m so excited that it’s finally going to happen. So stay tuned for the photos and possibly a video!
