If you’re plugged into the international fashion scene, the designer I’m featuring today, needs no introduction. However, if you’re not, let me educate you. Zuhair Murad is a Lebanese Fashion Designer who’s been designing Haute Couture and Ready to Wear collections since 1997 under his namesake label.
I’ve been following Zuhair’s work for awhile now and I’ve always wanted to write about him. Today, I decided to stop thinking about it and take action. Zuhair’s Fall 2014 Ready to Wear collection is phenomenal! The collection focuses on black and white which is a huge trend right now. There are so many intricate details and the tailoring is second to none.
I love how the pieces accentuate the figure of a woman. I also love the fact that the color palette is so simple because it forces you to focus on the details of the clothes. My favorite pieces from the collection are a white collared shirt with a black skirt, a leather short sleeve top with matching crop pants, and a coat dress.
