Dear Pennies & Pens,
For as long as I can remember, I have been a fan of Motown. My parents grew up with the music and passed their love of Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, and the Supremes down to me.
That’s why I’m so excited to announce that Motown the Musical is coming to Dallas, TX! The show will take place at the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House which is apart of the AT&T Performing Arts Center from July 28 – August 16, 2015.
As stated in the press release, “It began as one man’s story… became everyone’s music… and is now Broadway’s musical. MOTOWN THE MUSICAL is the true American dream story of Motown founder Berry Gordy’s journey from featherweight boxer to the heavyweight music mogul who launched the careers of Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Smokey Robinson and many more.
Motown shattered barriers, shaped our lives and made us all move to the same beat. Now, experience it live on stage in the record-breaking smash hit MOTOWN THE MUSICAL!
