So earlier today, a fabulous press release along with lookbook images from “Mode Creation Munich” a.k.a. MCM luxury handbags popped up into my inbox. Unfortunately, I missed the press preview a couple weeks ago. However, since I love this line, I decided to feature it for this week’s “Designer Discussion”. MCM is a German brand that was started in 1976 and now includes apparel, handbags, leather goods, and footwear.
MCM just launched their latest handbag collection entitled, “Sunshine Nomad” and the collection includes the “First Lady” bag, the “Bettina” clutch, and the “North-South Tote” which is a classic carry-all, and many more. The collection offers plenty of variety with neutral toned bags as well as bright colored bags with metallic accents.
Overall, I adored this collection because it classic and yet chic. And when one invests in a luxury bag, you want something that is stylish yet timeless. My mother always taught me to purchase quality not quantity.
